Coast To Coast
On the 12th April 2023 we set off to complete a walk of the full length of Hadrians Wall - For those that don't know - Hadrians wall was Built in 122AD by the Roman Emperor Hadrian - to stop raids from the Scottish on Northern Roman / English cities & towns.
The Wall stretches from Coast to Coast across the width of England (just about) with a distance of 79Miles - (117 km’s)
Normal walkers will cover this distance in 7 days.....
...We are setting out to do this in just 3 days!

adding to this Wearing a full suit of Gladiator Armour - yes, like the one in the Film wiith Russell Crowe in "the Gladiator") weighing 20kg all in, including the Helmet.
We will be adding a few extra miles onto the walk as we want to walk coast to coast so will be starting at King Edwards bay on Monday 10th October and finishing off at Bowness-on-Solway on Wednesday 12th October. with a total distance of 147KM.
